We were 'demobbed' at 23.59 hours on Sunday....I'm still sneezing, but it's not a high price to pay for the £3.12s 6d we were given for attending. Trek was complaining her right arm was aching and would most probably make it impossible to get a 'hole in one'...as if!
Do you realise we've saved the health service several pounds?..flu jabs will not be given to old people willy-nilly this year because of it - they will get vouchers for antracite instead (really useful if you've central heating)
Anyway you should all feel normal by Wednesday...eager for another trip?

It's 8.30am and we had a comfortable night bunking in hut number 9...however I've just noticed Trek looks exceptionally green - in fact exceptionally LIME green. It's a colour that suits her and will look smashing against a yellow Reliant. Pen seems to have needles protruding from her bottom half, which most probably accounts for the fact she's standing up. Dave's leather trousers seem to have spots on them, but it could be the light as we've only a 25w bulb. I havent checked the others out yet, but this jaunt is turning out to be very interesting and not to be sneezed at..er, which brings me to my problem

I'm looking forward to it...

Right - we're here. Funny Stonehenge looks 'unfinished' don't you think?
Anyway , down to business. Gas masks , plastic leggings, a balaclava and two pegs for your nose will be issued from hut 29. We then will be driven to Porton Down and be given various 'virus's' to test.
You see - we are human guinea-pigs this weekend...testing for the nation Please inform the doctor if you have any unusual 'habits' or 'medical conditions' that could invalidate your appearance. *WARNING*! - certain proceedures could make your hair go straight, but 85% of people 'on test' won't lose any...the others will be taught how to 'comb-over' like Robert Robinson.
THIS IS MOST PROBABLY OUR MOST IMPORTANT 'TRIP' TO DATE - WE ARE DOING THIS FOR BENEFIT OF MANKIND...and giving the monkeys & rats a well deserved night off.
Please use your code name at all times - thank you.

This is EXACTLY what you can be! Who would expect an undercover agent in a Reliant?...BRILLIANT
With that, Dave with a sidecar attachment and someone on an orse & cart, they will not suspect a thing.

Dear 'Power Agent' (that'll confuse 'em! - EM)
Yes, we will need Morse Code, and possibly something else by Colin Dexter Algebra will also be useful.
Just to get you going - dot, dot, dash, dot and y-v=ab

Well that's gone and 'blown' your cover then ain't it?!

As it is a 'secret' mission/adventure, does that mean we will be 'undercover' all the time?...AND.....are we gonna have to learn Morse Code to ensure we can send and receive messages without giving the game away?

...awaiting further commands

More medals?...to add to my Olympic ones!...

Very soon I'll have enough medals to open a Medal Museum.

So, its all very hush hush and hows yer father, is it?..

I'm all agog and intrigued.

Have we got a secret sentence like wot Spies usually have to identify one another?

Something like saying "There'll be bluebirds over the white cliffs of Dover'
Which has to be answered with the sentence "Not if the blackbirds get there first"...

It is when, and only when, this 'conversation' has taken place, that we can be certain that we are all Spies...

As long as one of us doesn't bump into Dame Vera Lynn.. all should go well.

I'm waiting on further Orders...

PEN xx

Clearance came through at half past five.
This weekend we are off on a top secret trip in conjunction with MI5.
We will meet at the main entrance to Stonehenge at 18.30 hours on Friday, and will be taken immediately to a nisson hut on the plain for a 'briefing'. Once we've got our briefs on we will be asked to sign the official secrets act and give out our Nectar card details.
Code names will be allocated, we will be issued with a gas-mask and two suicide pills*
*only to be taken in case of emergencies - with water.
I'm afraid I cannot disclose the nature of the trip at this time - but all will be revealed in due course...all I CAN say - it's very important for the safety of our country, and we could get medals.
