To cut a long story short i had to send some trousers back i ordered online which they did'nt send to my correct sizes and also the supplier has been most unhelpful! So on Monday i sent them back to the supplier FIRST class Signed for. On tracking the parcel today to see if its been delivered i find on the royal mail website that they attempted to deliver it BEFORE 5.17 AM this morning and left a 'while you were out' card to notify them.....should it not of said 'While you were sleeping' I mean i know wer'e supposed to be living in a 24/7 world these days but even after the agro i've had from the supplier i would'nt expect them to be waiting up all night for my trousers to arrive!! Royal Mail wonders why it has so many complaints....can you wonder at it!! Does anyone else have any Royal Mail stories? Neil 'Put it in a letter if that will make it better and SEND IT TO ME'Recorded delivery of course! |

So....Are your trousers still in transit?
Carole R.. Not The Royal Mail, but a Delivery Firm Story..
We ordered a new TV from Amazon, and the Delivery Company left it behind the garage in the pouring rain..
Luckily, I got in, and saw the card they'd put thru the front door in time to save the TV from being either completely wrecked OR stolen.
