Next month - David allen of BBC radio Berkshire/Radio Solent etc is featuring Dusty on his saturday night show- not sure of the exact date yet, i am awaiting an e-mail with the specific date
i was half listening to the show and i heard him mention Dusty so e-mailed him to find out what it was all about- he read my e-mail on air and played i just dont what to do with myself for me- hes a nice bloke

I've got to wait until November to see Katy
I will be away on the 13th Sept but its great that Dusty is being featured.
Good that you have a hot line to the DJ nice plug for DSN too

yep looking forward to seeing Katy- its a bit of a climax for me, from
seeing Katy perform in the very first show way back in January keeping our fingers crossed every week for her and seeing her take the show in the final was brilliant, picking up my winnings from the little bet that i had was just the icing on the cake in febuary, then wishing her well in May on her three months in vegas, receiving e-mails and updates from Katy thru her web site was fun - now here we are, nearly eight months later from that first show- and i am seeing her perform tomorrow/tonight -its been a long but patient wait

Looks like you've done a great job at promoting Dusty, Katy and the DSN!..
September 13th is a Saturday isn't it?...and its on between 9pm and 1am...
Well, I should get to hear some of it, at least.

hello David - listening out for Dusty again would be good to hear a lesser known Dusty number such as Roll Away, Goin' Back, What's it Gonna Be, Nowhere to Run , Get ready or What have i done to deserve this, Dusty recorded well over 200 songs so theres plenty to choose from- i let my Dusty fan friends know at http://www.dusty-springfield.com/ that you are featuring her in a profile next month-(is it possible to give us a date please) so theres a few more listeners eagerly awaiting to hear some great stuff by Dusty
Could you also mention Katy Setterfield that won the BBC talent show "the one and only" , hosted by graham norton- Katy won the show with her tribute to Dusty she won a three month contract to appear at the "legends" show in Las vegas , Katy has recently returned recorded an album "Katy sings Dusty"- tonite she has started her autumn tour of the UK- i am seeing her in worthing tomorrow night, Good luck Katy

on the "select a radio station" click "local radio"
on the "select type of show" click "classic rock/pop"
click "go"
on this page in bold there is a list of stations click "radio solent"
on this page in bold click "All radio solent"
under the A-Z radio list is DAVID ALLENsaturday night music with David
click that one for last nights show-
you will hear my e-mail read out at around 3hrs 10 mins- 3hrs 20 mins
you can fast forward the show to this point ,, but you will miss a crackin' show if you do!!!
