So whats the BEST bargain you ever bought on eBay?

I've never bought anything at all.

I'm too much of a coward to take the chance, I guess.

But, what about you?

E-Bay is addictive... I think you buy alot of things you don't really need but when my computer fizzled out a few weeks back I lost quite a few software programs... but replaced them on E-Bay for a fraction of what you would pay normally.

It took me awhile to buy anything... but from my experience most sellers are on the level

I love E-bay!.......I've mentioned this before, but it's no problemo anymore gettin' Footwear for my huge (13) Feet!

During my Teen years I also had big feet, so while everyone else was wearing whatever was 'Trendy' at the time (being the 70's Platforms and heels were in.....even for the boys.....remember Elton's boots?!!) I had put up with an 'old man's' style of black shoes by Tuf, which just made me feel miserable and introverted......but since I've been 'on-line' I've well and truly made up for those days with the large choice available in my size, mostly great prices too!

In fact I'm gonna have a look right now.....LOL!!

WHAT??!! You're wearing Elton's platforms Mark?!

E-Bay's great, I've bought CD's, phones and books for ridiculously low prices, and although not cheap I also managed to get tickets to see Billy Connolly in Glasgow, which would have been impossible otherwise.
I've had a few good ebay experiences - one being somebody paying 65 for my DVD player when they could have got one from a shop for a third of the price!!

Smile - Life's FAR too short to waste time frowning!

I'm an ebay and amazon addict. Usually I buy DVDs CDs and books, and like Matt, things like billboard magazine ads which I take in for framing. Stuff that can't be found locally. I have a rather odd film collection on my shelf thanks to ebay, mostly made-for-tv movies that I remember watching when I was a kid.

Now I want to go find some Elton John platform shoes...
