In these gloomy times I guess there isn't very much to be cheerful about. But sometimes the littlest things can make you feel that there is still something to feel positive about....

So, whenever there is a little moment that occurs that makes you smile, share it with us here and we can all smile too!....oh, and keep it clean please!

Today for example, seeing the blue sky and sunshine made me smile....even though it's very cold!

I took a pain killer today & I'm grinning like a mad hatter! Don't worry you guys, it's for medical purposes, I promise.

"Summer pajamas", Emma? I don't believe I've ever heard of those.

By the way, how are you doing Gill? I mean, from the wreck & what-not. You still hurting or anything?

Oh, I just got something else that made me smile! My baby girl just woke up, gave me a kiss & said "Good morning my mommy, I love you" :)

LOL, thanks Frans! Now that made me smile, my friend. Yeah, you like the way I improvise & write my words on here? Lol, I am just trying to give yawl a sense of what I sound like. Ask Emma what I sound like, she knows. What (or who) do I sound like, Emmie?

It certainly can be Frans, and that reminds me of a laugh I had on my first visit to the States (Ohio) in the 60's. I was a teenager then but I never forgot this incident.

We used to take my old aunt to the ice cream parlour and it was close by a bus terminus and the drivers came in for coffee, they obviously knew the waitress well and were having fun with her, she said to one "Will You Shut Your Cotton Pickin' Mouth" - I was helpless with laughter and I thought "Yes, I'm In America"!!!

Well, I have been hurting like hell since yesterday morning. I woke up in severe pain this morning & stayed that way all day until I talked to Emma on the phone. I laughed so much & so hard this evening, my cheeks hurt. My CHEEKS Emma, not my feet! It was one of the greatest conversations I've ever had in my life. So, yeah, I ended up smiling & I stopped hurting as well. Thank you, Emmie. You made my day, sweetheart!
