Hi Bobbie

I don't know if its password related specifically or other problems with the chat room because we have been experiencing a few peculiarities with it, to say the least.

Vera is our whiz and so I'll alert her to the query just in case she misses it here.

Sorry to appear such a dunce myself about the chat side of things - that is because I am , hence my passing the buck to Vera (she understands though ).
