Who'll be left to "man the fort",or "woman the fort",as the case may be?
I suppose all Mods will be absent... bloody typical!!   
Don't worry,us folks left behind won't get up to any mischief now,will we.

Please Mr Postman have a letter for me, preferably with two tickets in it! I booked late, was waiting to see if my 'op' would have taken place. It has and I'm fit (in more than one sense of the word LMAO...beauty is in the eye of the beholder!) and so am watching the letter box expectantly.

Myself and Sis Barbara will be there, all those Legends paying tribute to our Dusty.....Wow!
As for Shirts I've treated myself to a new one in one of Dusty's fave colours, trouble is, haven't recieved it yet, they're probably tryin' to find enough cotton!......LOL!!

How I wish I was there. Unfortunately I couldn't time my trip to the UK at Christmas 2005 to con-incide with Dusty Day. That was the original intention but work commitments wouldn't allow me to do so. As it was, it was meant to be when I did go as it was the last time I saw my brother who passed away 1 year ago. That lovely gentleman Brian showed me around Henley and I saw Dusty's gravesite in the churchyard. It was like a pilgrimage for me. Thank you again Brian.
I will be with you all in spirit.
