"Gram Parsons and Emmylou Harris "Love Hurts". I bet no-one else votes for this!"

Rhi - I LOVE Emmy Lou!! Her album of duets is fantastic - as are her solo albums.
Her voice is pure country.

THAT is one great song, but I prefer the Roy Orbison version.

He sings it with more passion, in my opinion.

Speaking of the Big O, how about him and k.d lang dueting on 'Crying' - and yes, trivia fans, they did it while he was alive, and actually worked tohether - k.d has spoken about what an influence he was/is to her work.
And just to be cheesy how about Bill Medley and Jennifer Warnes doing Time Of My Life?
Dirty Dancing is a cracking film but what a song for the Finale - SUPERB!

Love the KD Lang and Big O duet.

Dirty Dancing duet is pretty good too--love the film too--don't care if it is cheesy--nothing like abit of cheese occasionally

Okay, I must admit that my favorite male/female duet of the year was the version of "I'll Try Anything" by that little known duo, "Simon & Tere". You might not be familiar with it, as it was only heard by three people - including Simon & Tere.

The obvious question is:

WHO was the third lucky person?

The "lucky" () person was Jonathan. (Our "Selections from West Side Story" was also something to behold. )
