Barry Manilow is just bizarre. I mean, he looks funny, his voice is only mediocre (kind of nasal!) but he makes up for it by writing feel-good catchy schmooshy songs and putting on a heck of a show. I think he is the ugliest sexy man alive! I dare say he's married to his music, there is nothing else but music for this man. Very quirky. Can't think of anyone else in the business quite like him. He has this aura about him that is untouchable.

Hearsay were a group of people 'put together' by a talent show..something like Pop Idol.

Although that song made the top of the charts, cos of media interest.

They soon lost their popularity and sank without trace.

Their personalities didn't 'click' with each other, either, which didn't help...

One of their Members is now a popular character in Coronation Street...Another is a radio presenter.

So, I guess it wasn't ALL bad news.
