Just to let you know that in upgrading to BT Total Broadband from my previous BT broadband package my internet connection has been defiled!! In other words I can't get online - I'm currently at the library.
BT seem unable to help but I will persevere - a 12 month contract suggests I can't exactly kick them into touch!
In the meantime, please don't think I've gone AWOL. It does mean though that until its sorted I simply cannot be on the site as often as I would like. Be good and take care - I WILL be keeping an eye.........so no playing up you lot otherwise I'll stop your pocket money!!
