I would like to take the opportunity here to thank Simon for Dusty Day 2007. It was a superb event and its success a testament to Simon's hard work and the most wonderful contributions of so many of Dusty's friends and fans. Jonathan on the keyboard shone - that man has class .

It was my first DD and it was a privilege to meet with so many other Dusty fans - as I've said elsewhere I do apologise for not getting round to seeing some of our members.

Thank you Simon et al.....you are stars

I wasn't there but it certainly sounds like Simon and Jonathan did a good job.Well done, its never easy organising something like that.

Special thanks must go to Madeline from what I hear --a true star.

Agreed 100%! Simon did a great job organising the day. It was my first DD too and I didn't know what to expect but I had a wonderful time; before I left I made a point of finding Simon and thanking him personally for all his (and everyone else's) hard work in making it such a special day for us to celebrate Dusty... and what a lovely gent he is too!

I agree. Three cheers for Simon. Venue was fab, lovely tribute from Lesley Duncan, brillant auction, raffle was great, but the best bit was seeing the shining talents of Simon, Kay, Madeline and Jonathan singing on stage together. Shame you couldn't hear us screaming for more.

Many thanks.
