I agree with the "but what about..." listed so far! It would be interesting to see a top 20 list. Having said that, it appears that this list is a 2007 snapshot, and most of the ones we'd expect to see may have dropped off in recent years. God only knows why??
Let me throw in another... but what about Karen Carpenter?
