I'm objecting to the winner of the words from Evonne thingy, as I posted my answers ages ago...all 20 of them You cannot be serious

I shall arrive in the Reliant too...I've bought a special parking place on ebay at someone called Nadal's, house.

I just off to whiten my pumps and sort out a red head band.

The day has arrived!
I've just heard we will see Al Murray (the pub landlord) on centre court today. I didn't realise comedians played tennis, but at least it'll be a laugh

I'm having 'I'm Andy Murrays Number One Supporter' tattoed on my cheeks...

Resist!

I have a box of Kleenex tissues secreted about my person, in the likely event of him losing.

...and a hat I can eat, in the unlikely event of him winning.

So its Murrays Mount for me today...Sound more like a racehorse than a molehill at Wimbers, don't it?

Any old hairnet up...I'm looking forward to it..

Hope my pals are, too.

"GAME- SET -MATCH!"..

Just backing the Reliant out of my drive and heading down the M1.

See you all there.

I've got the Scottish flag painted on my face , so you can't miss me.
I hope Pen has made plenty of those smoked salmon sarnies, cause rain is forecast and we shall be in need of food sitting on Murray mount.

I'm also wearing a white cardie just in case I bump into Federer...the little trend setter...oh and a white mac ...did ya see Serena in hers yesterday in temperatures of 29...

What a long afternoon!
Quite frankly it was a let down. 'Our' man lost. To be honest he just wasn't as funny as he is on tv...in fact he didn't crack one joke
The only thing I liked was the strawberries, and the mini-tour of Wimbledon tonight. Did you know Wimbledon was named after a furry creature with a large hat?...bit like Paddington station I suppose.
I'm home now, and will put every effort in making the next trip 'something special'.

Well I faired slightly better- I managed to come away with a years supply of 'our' man's mints, two pints of lager and a packet of crisps (smokey bacon flavour).

I threw the crisps at Cliff who was making an awful racket(excuse the pun) with his brolly- trying to give a rendition of 'Summer Holiday'. It got that bad that I stood and drunk both pints of lager one after t'other, then nearly got run over by Trek who at the time was backing out of her parking space- how was I suppose to know it wasn't a parked car?... must've been the lager.

Anyhoot, looking forward to what Uncle Toots has in store for us next!

I did try to warn you about the rain (just call me Gypsy Rose) but you all very politely (I hope) ignored my wise yet opinionated words. Sounds like you had a great fun time though...and there's always next year! Strawberries. And lager. And good people. Yeah!

Dave gave me an idea when he mentioned the brewery, so I've hastily arranged a trip for the weekend - HOP PICKING IN KENT
Just to think the hops you pick could quite easily make someone drunk by next Tuesday or Wednesday!
We will do what all good 'hop pickers' (not to be confused with 'pop pickers', 'cause there's no 'fluff') - and travel down to Kent by train. We leave Charing Cross (London) on Friday afternoon at 3pm - you can wear a headscarf.
Friday night after we've booked in to our lodgings we join the rest of the pickers for a get together and dance. An ability to speak Polish would be an advantage
Saturday we are 'out in the field' prompt at 7.30, singing and generally enjoying the fresh air. You will be supplied with a large basket, gloves, a knife and a packed lunch - all ya need really for a new experience. *PLEASE NOTE* - you must come by train, as there is no car park - even for Reliants at the farm.
ANOTHER GREAT ADVENTURE IN THE MAKING?

This is sooooooooo typical!...

Instead of going grape treading somewhere warm and beautiful, we have to go bloomin' hop picking in Kent..
..where thunderstorms are threatened on Saturday..

I wonder if I could dream up a believable excuse.

I know I'll say "I'm washing my hair" thats never been used before, has it?...

I don't want to add to the confusion, but isn't our Dave a bit geographically underdevelopped? I always thought 'Tak' was Swedish for 'thank you'......

Tak is also Norwegian for thankyou

i have developed quite good linguistic skills over the last couple of years- with the influx of foreign workers on building sites it is almost more essentilial than being able to read a set of plans

I can't cope with foreign languages..so I shall just smile at our fellow hop pickers...at the first sign of rain I'm off down the pub to drink what I'm pickin.

Bonjour
