"Gotcha Day" is something that we made up to celebrate the anniversary of our kids' adoptions. It's like a second birthday here. LOL... The day we 'gotcha'.

I remember years ago, my mum made a cake for my sister's birthday, and she'd left it in the kitchen to cool down... And when we went back in, there was Fudge, up on the cooker, eating a big hole in the middle of it

What a terrific idea! I motion that we adopt "Gotcha Day" as a DSN official holiday. Better than a generic "bank holiday". I am sure we can come up with LOTS of fun ideas to celebrate a "Gotcha" day.
Let's see...now we have Dusty's Birthday, Gotcha Day.... a good start!

Thanks for your kind comments folks! Missy had a visit from the farrier today and she played up, I knew she would! I didnt like him much either - in fact I didnt like watching....it was like taking your child to the nurse for a jab!!
