...Frightened of saying this:

But I went thru a phase of really liking Celine Dion's songs.

I liked 'Think Twice' and have a couple of her albums.

The title of one is 'The Colour Of My Love'..

Can't remember the title of the other...

Anyway, I played them ALOT and really enjoyed them.

For some reason, Celine is now considered abit uncool, but I think she's okay.

I love, 'Its All Coming Back To Me Now'.. Meatloaf recently did a cover of that song.

Celine's best work IMO is on her French albums which were recorded much earlier in her career.... I have those ones!

Right now I'm listening to Queen ~ Under Pressure

I am listening to "Me and Mrs Jones" playing next door - the song, that is! Seems that a musician or two has moved into the bottom floor apartment next door. Been hearing live music - piano, sax, drums, etc. Sounds kinda nice - and not too loud. Gonna have to scope them out.

AH! Now it's Luther, singing "A House Is Not A Home"! Good taste, those folks have!

Maybe a fife player will give them an 'original' sound?...

Well, I won't have to be so careful about muffling the sound of my fife practice now. That little thing does carry! Been practicing in the attic and the basement, trying not to disturb anyone. But now, let 'er rip!

No doubt when Tere plays.

I'm reawakening my Jefferson Airplane obsession by listening to White Rabbit.

Jefferson Airplane?...Are they the ones with the wonderfully named Grace Slick as their lead singer?

I really liked 'Nothings Gonna Stop Us Now' by them.

Yes, that would be Grace Slick. That's one band that has evolved quite a bit over the years that they were around. Lots of changes. Earlier today I was watching "Woodstock" and that's what made me dig them up again.

At the moment in my 5-disc stereo ;) I have Vera Lynn, ABC, Dusty springfield the complete A and B sides disc one and Reputation and rarities. But at the moment I am listening to "Hello it's me by Todd Rundgren". I heard the song on an infomerical for some midnight train DVD collection which I desperately want to get, but I'm being smart with money for once haha. Other songs at the moment that I like are;

The rubberband man - The Spinners
Candy - Iggy Pop and Kate Pierson
Be my wife - David Bowie
Surrender - Cheap Trick
Let's go - The cars
Don't give hate a chance - Jamiroquai
Stars fell on Alabama - Vera Lynn
A nightingale sang in berkeley square - Vera Lynn

~Amy~

"Gimme a vhiskey" - Greta Garbo.

If men can be categorised for their looks on a scale of 1 to 10, they can be graded for their sexual prowess, A to F.
