Having just heard the new Sugarbabes single on the radio it got me thinking ....why do ALL current girl groups sound the SAME?
You all know my thoughts on the Spice Girls, but these others are equally awful in my opinion - long drawn out vocal gymnastics, fighting to keep up with the lack lustre backing, boring 'so called' songs...they EVEN LOOK the same!
Remember the days when on the radio came The Supremes, The Ronettes, Martha & The Vandellas, The Chiffons, The Dixie Cups, The Shangri-Las, Labelle etc, etc - ALL quite distictive - you KNEW who it was straight away. Those were the days my friends.

Of all the current girl groups I think I like The Sugababes most.
The main reason for this, is their 'Dancing in The Street 'Duet Impossible' with Dusty last year.
...and I quite like their latest song.. 'I know how I feel about you'...
Obviously, the Girl Groups you mention, Brian, are head and shoulders above the Girl Groups of the moment...No question.
