Walked into Home Bargains store on Sat morning just as AM I THE SAME GIRL boomed out of the system. Wondered if it was a Cd with more Dusty to follow - that would keep me in the shop. I then heard Brian's voice
and realised it was SOS on Radio 2. ( as mentioned by Brian in an earlier post)

Cheers

SHOCK!
For the FIRST time ever I've heard Dusty's version of 'Will you love me tomorrow' on a programmed BBC radio show.
Tonight, leading in from the 9 o'clock news Mark Radcliffe played it!

Brian.

This afternoon, I wandered down to our thrift shop and heard on the inhouse Goodwill music station "Wishin' and Hopin'".

Still half asleep as I switched on the radio in the kitchen this morning - but quickly came to life as IN THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE blasted out on MAGIC RADIO - South Yorkshire.

Nice to hear one of the lesser usual suspects.

Cheers CHRIS

That was the only Dusty one they played, and then it went back to recent stuff. Last time I was in there, they played Regina Spektor Maybe someone who works there has good taste in music

Yes so did I Carole and I was very impressed with Cilla's old Live performances, having seen her Live several times over the years I know how good she can be, infact the first time I saw her in the mid 60's she was fantastic. Last time I saw her was her 40th birthday and she was wonderful.

Terry Wogan played In The Middle Of Nowhere and said at the end "The Great Dusty Springfield"

That song is getting a lot of airplay at the moment!
