SOAPM - played on MAGIC South Yorkshire yesterday - The DJ spoiled it all with the old Dusty SPRINGBOARD quip at the end - Why do they do it ?

Dusty was the 'question' to an 'answer' on the TV game show "Jeopardy" last night.

The 'answer' in the Cover Songs category went something like this: "Shelby Lynn recorded a cover of HER original recording of "I Only Want To Be With You."

The 'question', of course, was: "Who is Dusty Springfield?" Would you believe not one of the 3 rather young contestants came up with it?!

This morning approx 6.40 Struggling to get out of bed - raining outside - wife already in kitchen downstairs with radio on - the strains of IOWTBWY
hit my brain - head clears - leap out of bed .

The exquisite Goin' Back greeted me this morning as I was coming out of a shop. Of course I was so surprised to hear it being played in a public place (because SOAPM and IOWTBWY are the favs normally), that I nearly fell over with shock!.....anyhoo, course I had to sit down and listen to it didn't I?.

...It's really made my day so far
