In The Middle Of Nowhere was just about Terry Wogan's first record this mornings show, as always he spoke very highly of Dusty. IT's great that she is still so well remembered and respected.
Also in the Canadian stores when I mentiond her they didn't say "WHO", the knew who she was!  |

Does hearing Dusty playing out of another persons MP3 count as a sighting? Coz I swear the woman I walked past when walking one of my dogs this afternoon was listening to Wishin' and Hopin'...just very loudly, so that I could hear as I moved to avoid a speeding car.

That's two morning running I've woken up to Dusty and all thanks to my tiler coming early to tile my bathroom. It's a great wake up call and a good way to start the day! |

Managed to get WHIDTDT on at an 80s night I was at last Wednesday. It felt so good hearing Dusty and PSB ringing out loudly in this gorgeous little underground club!

Nice Bambs!
This afternoon I was talking to a friend in the year below me and her father came to pick her up and his phone rang...I thought it was my phone ringing coz guess what his ringtone was! Wishin' and Hopin'...same as me! I am now seen as incredibly uncool to have the same musical tastes as her dad but I'll take it.

I think I was under the influence of boiled crabs. If I'm eating seafood you can forget it, just don't even bother talking to me or thinking my brain will work right....

Well Bambs...you dip the prawn (you know what a prawn is don't you? Or do you call them some wacky name over there?) in egg, flour and bread crumbs and then you fry it in oil and eat it with lots of lemon and salt and it taste damn good! I love seafood....
I heard Just One Smile today it played imbetween Baby Love and Stop! In The Name Of Love, while I was stuck in a lift for 20 minutes...it really improved my mood, coz after I got out I was so frustrated and annoyed I coulda punched the maintance man (who took his sweet ass time getting to the lift) in the face!
