I normally love Dusty pics...but I dislike the one of her with the dog...she looks like a startled rabbit in the headlights.

Variety is certainly the spice of life..I couldn't agree with you more Janie. I wasn't being critical of the choice of others..sorry if it came across like that...huge apologies.
I don't have a scanner however..never got around to buying one ...I'll maybe use the "quote" facility to post the ones I like from this thread!

Great choice coolhand  . No need for apologies btw - its great to hear everyone's viewpoint .
I don't know if you've seen it but there is one shot of Dusty that I've always hated, largely because in my eyes it makes her look like Myra Hindley  . Must dig it out. Love the mid 60's look though   .

LOL! Why was that woman always climbing on things? And dancing, not just on her television performances either. It's in a clip on one of the documentaries where she's standing on some rocks & doin' a little jig. She was such a trip, man, I would've given anything just to hang out with her back in the day. Life certainly would not've been boring...that's for sure!

She is shoveling SNOW Bambi! I recently read an article about this picture, can't remember where, nor do I remember the exact location, or even the exact deails. I know, some help I'm being, :(,LOL! I want to say it was in Blackpool but could be wrong. They got snowed in from what I recall. One of the guys interviewing Dusty asked Dusty if she would poise with a shovel and Dusty loved the idea. I THINK it's the same location where they found a dog and the band decided to keep the dog as it's owner never claimed it. Well the story went something like that, LOL!

It's always good to see pictures of Dusty we haven't seen before like the shots taken at the Grand Gala du Disque and the museum, she looks great!
Dusty looked different with every hair style and she had many different styles over the years. |
