WOW! gr8 job Sara. Do you have any idea when those three Dusty 'fixed-proof' pics were taken and where? I'm guessing 1969ish judging by the wigs LOL...

There doesn't seem to be much information available to us about these photos Neil other than the fact that they were proofs. Your guesstimate is in line with what others think because of the look 1968/1969ish!!

In the 60's someone sent me the 'proof' ones and I had them for years packed away with all my other Dusty stuff... I loaned them to Fraser awhile ago and his friend managed to get rid of the writing on them. There is one more in the set of Dusty with 2 teddies you will have seen it. What i'd like to know is can anyone help me with the original owner please?

One thing's for sure Nick they probably weren't home grown...we didn't have global warming then. Mind you where I come from in sunny south Devon we've always had palm trees because of the wonderful climate. (I'm now off to collect my cheque from the Devon Tourist Board!).

On a different point - didn't the fashions of that era, late 50', early '60's add years to a womans age? Poor old Dust looks a good 25 years older than she actually was
