I did!!

This is one of my favourite shows from Dusty's 1967 series. I really like "I'll Try Anything", I think the original mono mix of the song is the best version, rather than the various stereo mixes that have been released over the years.

The 'history' of the recording of the song is very interesting (as related in "The Complete Dusty Springfield"), as well as the mystery of the missing track - "The Morning After The Night Before" which was recorded at the same session.

Dusty looks great in this clip too....hence my avatar

Most of the early recordings do sound better in Mono--its like black and white--the 2 go together!

I have always loved this song. Nice to watch and listen to it here

I agree T.....I've always said that for me this IS Dusty Springfield...you mention the name and I 'see' her as she is here.

Btw.....short of anything illegal I DID 'Try Anything'....sorry Ms Springfield but it doesn't always work, so you would have been advised all those years back to save your energies .
