I've been 'going grey' since I was 16 and colouring my hair every 6 weeks or so was not only expensive it wasn't really a good idea when I have psoriasis on my scalp. So about 3 years ago I decided to just let the grey grow through and my boss gave me a little sticker with this quote on.
