Best parts for me... Listening to Dusty talk.. I'm quite fascinated by her speaking voice.

Hearing Burt Bacharach saying he took her to the Grammies as his 'date'..

Vicki Wickham giving Dusty credit for introducing Motown to Britain.

I wonder what happened to Dusty's voice, as she got older, it kind of went.. you could hear it when she spoke. Do you think it was the smoking?

It could've been the smoking..but she always suffered with her throat.. throughout her career.

Although I had heard the programme before (in 2001) it was nice to hear it again. Credit must go to Johnnie Walker - one of the best presenters on British radio. He linked everything together so well, despite making a few boo boos! - TOM Field in the Springfields?..however most people wouldn't have noticed that!
BTW - anyone know what happened to Andy Peebles the dj?...he was a great Dusty fan.
