I have been to the Texas Roadhouse in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. I like the idea of having all sorts of Dusty memorabilia in each Diner. There would be t-shirts for sale, pink ones and all sorts of other colors & shades. There will be a constant screen of DVD's running of BBC series and RAH, as well as other video and customers will want to purchase these on the spot! The sound would be both avail for personal headphone use or tastefully pouring out sound throughout the establishment.

Word of mouth would get the news out about this great place and Dusty's memory would be gracefully and appropriately resurrected.

Hey Pandy when this restaurant gets opened don't forget to stock Dusty's records & dvd's.

There's a great place I've been to in the States called Texas Roadhouse and they have a Willie Nelson corner selling memorabilia.

Just one more, Peel me a grape wine list.

Didn't I hear that Dusty's Aubrey Walk residence is once again forsale? Wouldn't that be a cool place for the main head quarters, or maybe Baker Street, next to the Burger King!

Marty,
Definitely buttons and badges...great suggestion!

I wonder if Donald Trump would be open to the idea of investing in opening up a few Dusty Diners. One in New York, a few in the UK, etc. I would like to know how to appel to his ego... hmmmmm

From what I've been reading in the Scottish paper, Trump has made a few enemies in Scotland trying to force an issue of building a golf course. I think we need a different backer.

I don't doubt it. The Donald is a bit too arrogant. You are right... he wouldn't be the proper backer... not good representation.
Not enough positiveness or 'good energy' for our project. Well gotta come up with the right person, as pooh bear would say tapping his head...Think, Think...

I'm a bit addicted to the Foodnetwork. (A TV channel that has basically all cooking shows). One of the programs is called Diners, Drive Ins and Dives. The host is Guy Feiri.

Paula Deen could be our Southern host.

Giada De Laurentiis (sp?) granddaughter of famous Hollywood film producer is another cook on the foodnetwork and can be our WestCoast representative.

Bobby Flay or Racheal Ray can be our East Coast Reps.

I know the UK likes a woman that does a lot of cooking shows, but I am not sure of her name.

Check out foodnetwork.com

I like the Richard Branson suggestion... isn't he the guy that owns his own airlines? Among other businesses... I like it. Who has enough moxey to get this off the ground? We could send him or his assistant an email or letter...

Richard Branson founded Virgin Records, he now has Virgin Trains, Cola, Vodka, Airline but he doesn't have the records anymore as all the stores are now called Zavvi.
