OMG! the entire 3 days just got over shaddowed when we got back to school!
The bus managed to run into a tree sending powerlines exloding over the heads of 300 girls (with two other years coming back from camp at the same time) LUCKILY no one got hurt not even the bus driver...I managed to drop my stuff and run from under the falling tree and the explosion. The headmistress, who was standing next to me, managed to push another girl out of the way and duck at the same time, EVERYONE was screaming, teachers were going nuts trying to control us, parents were screaming and with 300 people being picked up it wasn't as if the street wasn't busy all ready. Of course there was no power and no one had phones because we'd been camping...nightmarish!
But on the upside, I faced my fears, went on the giant swing, froze my backside off, survived the rain in a leaky tent, scaled a tree and managed to stack it up and down various things more times then I care to count! Now I'm gonna go have a little nap, to recover from shock and lack of sleep (stupid cows that wouldn't stop mooing!) I should have some photos soon too...

I am not impressed! My older brother graduating with his masters in molecular science today...you get two tickets, my mum is going but my other brother and sisters have to work, I asked mum if i could go she said fine, but what did my brother do with the spare ticket? He gave it to his girlfriend (who's graduating at the same time) little sister...now I know he is trying to gain brownie points but um...own little sister was kinda looking foward to a day off school and a nice lunch. Me less then impressed...now I'm sitting at home by myself sick I might add, while they're at some 5 star restraunt and I'm eating vegemite toast, unable to find the tea strainer...grrrrrrrr!!!!!

Bambs...did you see in Janie's Dream thread that in my dream I had been put in rehab for chocolate addiction? Well that relates to an argument between my sister and me about the fact that I eat obscene amounts of chocolate...and it's true...the blocks already gone!

NEVER! I eat healthier most of the time, and I exercise heaps! But I do eat heaps of the stuff, which ain't good, but I mean it's addictive, I just don't know how to cut back...sweet indulgence! Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm....
Have to mention...that I am currently listening to the Monster Mash for the fifth time..haven't listened to it in so long...but gawd I love that song...the monster mash/it was a graveyard smash/He did the mash. LOL! Makes me smile every time!

Omg, lol, I can't believe ya'll know the Monster Mash. I used to get drunk (when I was a teenager) on Halloween & dance to that song. Good memories...
OH! Alice, I was watching the National Geographic channel & they had Australia's Deadly Dozen on. It was about 12 of the deadliest critters down under! HOLY CRAP! What the hell kinda critters ya'll got?! There was even a killer snail on there for cryin' out loud! A killer SNAIL! Jesus Mary & Joseph, man, they had a "stone" fish on there that will turn your foot blue if you step on it. I also saw some crocs on there. Now, I grew up around swamps & bayous, gators & crocs ain't nothin' new to me. I used to pet them when the zoo keepers or gator farmers would bring the babies to our school. STILL, ya'll got some MONSTER crocs over there! That sucker on the t.v. was HUGE!
I have always wanted to go to the land down under, but now I'm seriously rethinking it,lol. If I do ever get to go, you can be sure I will NOT venture out of the city!

LOL! Well that majority of our crocs are up in Darwin, but if I were a tourist I wouldn't put the place on my internery! Na, the outbacks great fun and so is the Great Barrier Reef but the Harbour Bridge climb in good ol' Sydney is the best, I've done it twice!
Did you hear about our Blue Ringed Octopuses then Bambs? They're these tiny little things and the live in the rock pools at all the beaches, step on one and they can kill ya'! I'm not joking!
