I think you're right Emma.We've had thunderstorms,torrential rain all day.!! And its cold down here in Devon.!!

Thank the lord it rained quite heavily overnight - I over-fertilised my lawns and they SO needed a drink!!!!

I am soooo happy! I FINALLY got my computer back! I have had to share with jmy sister for about 2 months...funnily enough my laptop seems slower than before it got repaired. Apparently it needs like a whole system flush but I really needed it back so next holidays I'll get it fully fixed or see if I can convince my mum to so halfs with me on a new one...
Better go and re-install some programs that got deleted in the repair work!

Well of course you need to get it fixed or get a new one, Al!!! It just wouldn't be right if you couldn't post on here! You'll start going through what I call DSN withdrawls! Believe me, this place gets addictive, it gets in your blood.

ARRRGGGHHHHH! I am having a total wardrobe failure! It's my mummy's birthday today and we're having a whole bunch of people over for dinner, but I can't find a single suitable thing to wear! Not to mention it is absolutely freezing today! Damn, they'll be here soon...

Of course, I sang, I Only Want To Be With You....the audience were still there when I finished and gave me a round of applause....so it can't have been that bad, although I think they must have all been wearing earplugs!

Me Too Emma.. I had my first real singing experience last night for some time.. the audience had to sit through Dusty most of the evening LOL... I just threw a little bit of Duffy and Amy and Pet Clarke in there to add to the entertainment.
OMG there was this one large lady that came in and sung LULU "shout" my god she was so good.... god knows where that voice came from...

Ok, is there like a rule that says you have to be put through so much crap & have your sanity tested to the point of going postal on someone?! Seriously, why is it that you get pushed & pushed & pushed right to the edge, right at that breaking point, but you don't get pushed over. No, the universe screws with you, it's like it's saying "alright, I'm going to make your life a living hell until you get to the point where you either want to commit a murder, or you just want to kill yourself, but then I'm gonna stop when you get to that point! Oh no, don't hurt anyone or yourself! It's just a joke to see how far I can push you!". Well, the universe is screwed up!

Lol, sorry 'bout that ya'll. I was just having a "Bambi Moment". They happen very often, I just don't voice most of them on here. Nothing to worry about though, I was just venting. After all of the crap that has gone on in the past month or so (my mother fighting with me, me cutting myself, the bipolar thing, my kids going missing,) there was something else getting added to the whole she-bang. My mama literally couldn't breath Sunday morning, she went into a full blown panic attack, her breathing passages were completely constricted. My daddy rushed her to the E.R. & she was admitted into the hospital for 2 days.
I'M JUST HAVING THE GREATEST MONTH EVER!!!

Aagghhh! It's almost 2 in the morning and I have been up since 7 am yesterday but I still can get to sleep! I'm gonna be so stuffed in the morning...not that I ever do much on Sundays but still...
I've given up trying to sleep, so you know what I'm doing at 2 am? Watching 'The Prime Of Miss Jean Brodie'...don't even ask me why but it was sitting on top of the pile of DVDs and there ya go...Totally must re-read the book now...

DUDE! I watched The Prime Of Miss Jean Brodie like 3 nights ago! How F'ed up was that movie, by the way?! She was going to put that little girl in the painter's bed, but the dark-haired little idgit got there first & totally turned Benedict Arnold on Maggie Smith! I also couldn't believe how young Maggie Smith was, either. She was like 100 years old when I first saw her on Sister Act one! Great actress, though, I love Maggie Smith & her accent. I dug The Prime Of Miss Jean Brodie, though, even though it was screwed up. Lol, but that's what I'm all about....the screwed up aspects of life!
