Hi everyone! Great to be here on Dusty's website. I've been a fan since the 50's/60's (so you can see I'm no spring chicken!) Dusty's voice is so haunting is just never let's you go..thank goodness!!!
I've recently bought the 'Just Dusty' DVD, which I play at least once a day, and the Live Concert from the Royal Albert Hall. I also bought the Dusty Full Circle DVD, which I enjoyed, apart from the
Jennifer Saunders, Dawn French interview. I rather think they spoilt it (just my opinion) I thought Dusty also looked a little out of her depth with them, and not a little uncomfortable.

Hi Barbara, always nice to see another long time fan on the forum. Hope you enjoy it here, what took you so long to join? Oh btw, I also never really cared for the "Full Circle" video (in my case) and thought the interview between Saunders and French was just a bit odd. Just not a huge fan of theirs. I do think that most people think it's fantastic.

I'm not mad on French & Saunders either but if you want a really good dvd of Dusty's buy the BBC one as it's brilliant. |

I can't agree with you on French and Saunders, I'm a very very very big fan of them! But hey, everyone has different opinions and you like Dusty so what is there to argue about?!!?!?!

Gotta agree with Al on this one. I mean, to each his own, but I loved the bit that French & Saunders done on the Full Circle DVD. I thought they, especially Dusty, were hilarious! Of course Dusty was in on it, she was acting uncomfortable, which is what made it so great. Hey, it took me a couple of times of watching it to realize it was all a put-on. Lol, I actually got mad & yelled at my computer "who the hell do these women think they are treating Dusty like that?!". My mother thought I was nuts.
Anyway, Karl (reputation) is right, the Live At The BBC DVD is a fantastic DVD! I promise you will not be sorry that you bought it!
Oh, by the way, welcome to the DSN Barbara. I hope you have a wonderful time here. The people on here are some of the greatest friends you will ever have the pleasure of knowing. Beautiful bunch souls here. I'm Bambi, by the way. Good to have you on here with us....
