I'm on a roll here folks!
This was Dusty's 5th UK single, but only made 37 in the charts
Listening to at at FULL VOLUME it knocks the socks off you...so there!

"DUSTY IN DECEMBER" - beats any dates, nuts or yule logs

I've always loved Your Hurtin Kinda Love--it should have been a bigger hit.

I love the way she sings it--its somehow understated yet powerful at the same time.

I like this track too from the opening bars.

Most of Dusty's songs were difficult to sing with the amount of key changes etc; Dusty never set herself an easy task, some singers never get off the one note but Dusty did the whole range.

I know from what I've read that Dusty wasn't keen on this song, it was written and recorded very quickly.

Wouldn't say it was a favourite but I don't press skip when it comes on, I just like other Dusty songs better.

I love this song I did find it a little difficult to listen to at first cos it can be a bit depressing But it's amazing and I love it... I love the lyrics too. Definitely one of my favourites

I never liked this song originally,but over the years its grown on me.Dustys raw emotion is so heartfelt.

Yes, I like YHKL too!.....Barbara bought as a single when released, maybe it's not so 'singalong' as other pop songs were at the time, that's most probably why it was only a small hit.....
