This house is listed for sale in Toronto. It's the city's smallest house, built on a laneway between two older houses. Apparently the house is only 7 1/2 ft wide. Want to buy it? It's listed at $173,000. The bed folds down and touches both sides of the room. LOL!

It's pretty classy for being only 350 square feet! LOL! I couldn't live there, I'd go mad.

It's approximately 84 000 pounds. Property tax is an annual municipal (local/city) tax that contributes towards services like garbage disposal, recycling, street cleaning and public transit, among other things.

How comes its kinda 'stuck between' two bigger houses.

Is it converted kennel or something?

Now I know what being sent the 'doghouse' means...

Its cute though..a Hobbit house.
