After years of Female Singing Famine..We are inundated by some excellent new singers...I've named three of them.
Which of these do you prefer?
...and is there another name that you'd like to add?..

No doubt for me that between the three of them, I would chose Duffy. Oh and I think Leona Lewis, KT Tunstall and Amy McDonald are worth a mention too. Not keen on this Estelle though- but hey who am I to judge?

Out of those 3 I'd say Duffy is best..
But my faves are Regina Spektor, Fiona Apple and KT Tunstall... they're not really new though.

Estelle is number 1 at the mo with that song 'American Boy' featuring Kanye West- I can't stand it if i'm perfectly honest with you, call that singing?
As you can see i'm having a bit of a 'diva' moment- let's just say, I like to let my hair down occasionally lol. Bit tired at the moment- luckily it's my 'day off' from uni today but been working on assignments all day...
My friend went into the club empty handed... and came out with half a tree!!! ...can't quite work out why now... |

I would chose Amy Winehouse. Duffy is not bad and talented, but Amy is my favourite because she has the greatest personality.

At the moment for me Amy wins on points due to her past output, but Duffy is 'something special' and could easily overtake her in the coming months.
Adele is a VERY AVERAGE singer...the sort we've got used to over the last 5 years!

I live in the wrong part of the world. 
I know Amy and Duffy, and betwixt the two I'd chose Amy. But this thread gives me heartburn.
